At Little Woodlands, each age group benefits from thoughtfully designed additional spaces that enrich and enhance their daily experiences.
Our Baby Room features a beautiful sensory space within the room itself. This calming environment includes state-of-the-art equipment such as an LED ball pit, fibre optics and a bubble tube. These carefully selected resources support early sensory development, visual tracking, movement and relaxation, creating a soothing yet stimulating experience for our youngest children.
Our Toddler Room also enjoys access to its own dedicated sensory room. This engaging space includes a fibre soft play equipment, starfield lighting, vibrating floor pad and an immersive den, encouraging exploration, curiosity and sensory discovery. Toddlers additionally benefit from their own art studio, where creativity can flourish through a wide range of hands-on experiences.
Our Pre-School Room offers an inspiring variety of specialist spaces designed to prepare children for their next steps. These include a STEM room to encourage problem-solving and critical thinking, a role play village to spark imagination and social development, a fully equipped art studio, a baking room for practical life skills and mathematical learning and a cosy library to foster a love of books and storytelling.
Pre-school children also have access to their own sensory room, complete with bubble tubes, a wall projector, a pixel panel and a swing frame, supporting coordination, regulation and sensory integration.
Each of these spaces has been carefully created to provide meaningful, hands-on learning experiences, ensuring every child at Little Woodlands can explore, discover and thrive in their own unique way.
